Steven Gendel is a 4th generation realtor and has been in real estate since 2002 where he started as a sales agent at Coldwell Banker after being in the technology business for 10 years.
Over the past 18 years Steven has built the Gendel Home Selling Team. In 2008 Steven left Re/Max and opened his own Keller Williams franchise, Keller Williams Suburban Realty in Livingston, New Jersey, where he serves as the Operating Principal and owner.
Steven is known for pricing his listings at the right price. It is not uncommon for his listings to sell at asking price or over asking within 7 days of being on the market. His homes typically sell in 30 days or less at 98% of asking price .
